Tobin Brooke Associates LLC was founded to meet the increasing demand for responsive, cost-effective construction management services, for commercial and industrial projects as well as residential applications.

Our process is very simple: as your representative we will do the leg work onsite, help with the negotiation of contracts for you, the planning of contractor/vendor meetings, as well as the scheduling of the project to ensure its overall quality. We will maintain daily progress reports, and help with the budgeting. In short we will serve as your eyes and ears to help you achieve successful projects as though you were there.

With years of experience in all phases of the construction process we are in a unique position to seamlessly transform what may look like a difficult project from idea to completion. Because we have worked with commercial building owners, developers, and individual homeowners, we possess the experience and knowledge to help.

We have project management consultants in both southern and northern Maine, giving us the flexibility of resources and trusted contacts to easily cover the state. Additionally, we are prepared to travel anywhere in the country to perform the role of Owner’s Representative and are currently working on large projects in New York and Maine.
